No Refund Policy
All payments made towards courses, programs, memberships, or services on ehstc.in are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once a payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
Course Access and Validity
Upon successful enrollment, learners are granted access to the respective course(s) as per the stated duration and terms.
It is the responsibility of the learner to utilize the course within the provided access period.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of:
Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
Payment charged but service not delivered due to a verified technical issue from our side.
For such cases, learners must raise a request by writing to info@ehstc.in within 7 working days of the transaction, along with proof of payment.
